Replace/Install self-flashed, all in one tempered glass hurricane rated, leak proof skylights

Install valley metal down all valley areas

Install new lead boots over plumbing stacks where appropriate. Paint to match roof color

Install new ventilation over bathroom, kitchen, and dryer exhaust openings.

Install drip edge around the entire perimeter of the home attached with nails and sealed with mastic

|
Install special high wind resistant starter shingles around perimeter of roof
|

|
Install a low profile shingled over ridge vent to provide proper attic ventilation
|

|
Roll the yard with a magnet to remove nails and other debris.
|

|
Schedule final inspection
